Check in
Tell us what you want and anything we should know: sore hips, a fear of the dryer, a strong opinion about bows.

Bath
Warm water, a shampoo that suits the coat, and a long rinse so nothing is left behind to itch.

Dry and brush
Gentle drying and a full brush-out, undercoat and tangles included.

Cut and tidy
The haircut, then nails, ears and the little tufts between the paw pads.

Bandana and home
A last look over, a bandana if they will wear one, and we let you know they are ready.
